What can you expect?
- You support the team in running a learning analysis with the different business units and creating tailor-made learning pathways to fulfill those needs
- You conceptualize, develop, and run learning and development initiatives
- You manage the learning platforms (SuccessFactors LMS; LinkedIn Learning and Degreed), including both content curation and creation, as well as administration
- You create, adapt, and update databases and presentations, including data analysis
- You create intranet content and keep it updated
- You support the team with various operational and administrative tasks

What should you bring along?
- You have a Bachelor degree in business, economics, psychology, sociology, pedagogics or similar
- You possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- You have strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You demonstrate very good organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
- You understand learning concepts, theories and learning engagement strategies
- You find learning how to work with new digital platforms comes easy and are a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
