Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst IT-Projekte gemäß der Kundenanforderungen durch
- Du arbeitest an Infrastrukturprojekten (Netzwerk, Server, Cloud, Workplaces, Sicherheit) und laufenden Verbesserungen (Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen, Prozessanpassungen)
- Du entwickelst Produkte und Dienstleistungen weiter
- Du übernimmst den 2nd und 3rd Level Support
- Du kümmerst Dich um Dokumentation und Wissensmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein IT-bezogenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung gesammelt und kannst komplexe IT-Infrastrukturprojekte planen und durchführen, dabei lässt Du Dich von auftretenden Herausforderungen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
- Du verfügst über fundiertes (Anwendungs-) Wissen in den Bereichen IT-Security, Virtualisierungsumgebungen, Windows-Client, Windows-Server und Cloud-Technologien (Microsoft Azure und M365)
- Du hast idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Sophos- und Microsoft-Bereich und verfügst über Systemhaus-Erfahrung oder über mehrjährige Fachkenntnisse in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- Du zeichnest Dich durch einen ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken, Verbindlichkeit und Einsatzfreude, Teamfähigkeit und ein kommunikatives Wesen aus
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
