Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Partner und koordinierst die technischen Integrationen sowie regelmäßige Publisher-Meetings und Entwicklungsgespräche.
- Du hältst über E-Mail, Slack und Telefon engen Kontakt mit unseren Partnern, prüfst eingehende Anfragen und stehst für Troubleshootings bereit, um die Zusammenarbeit optimal zu gestalten.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team behältst du den Überblick über unsere OKRs und sicherst die Erreichung unserer Ziele.
- Du koordinierst die interne Projektkommunikation und arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Teams zusammen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung aller Projekte zu gewährleisten.
- Du analysierst unsere Performance-Daten und wertest KPIs aus, um datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu unterstützen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Idealerweise bringst du mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Partner Management, idealerweise mit agilem Know-how (Scrum, Kanban) und sicherem Umgang mit Tools wie Looker, Excel und Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. monday) mit.
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für datengetriebene Analysen und KPI-Auswertungen, sowie technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren runden dein Profil ab.
- Du besitzt hervorragendes Zeitmanagement, strukturiertes Denken und effiziente Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Du bist lösungsorientiert, motiviert, flexibel und stressresistent, greifst direkt zum Hörer und bringst Themen präzise auf den Punkt.
- Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell auf Englisch. Jede weitere Sprache ist ein großes Plus.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
