- Du leitest und führst das Accounting-Team und stellst eine termingerechte und korrekte Finanzberichterstattung sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Jahres- und Monatsabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
- Du konsolidierst die Unternehmensabschlüsse und bereitest Berichte für interne und externe Stakeholder vor
- Du übernimmst das Shareholder Reporting und arbeitest eng mit Investor:innen sowie der Geschäftsführung zusammen
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner:in für externe Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie interner Finanzrichtlinien sicher und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Accounting, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Du verfügst über tiefgehende Kenntnisse in IFRS und HGB sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams
- Du besitzt hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und eine proaktive Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen
