Als Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für unser Commercial-Team, inklusive Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Operations und Sales Development.

  • End-to-end Recruiting: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für unser Commercial-Team, vom Hiring Kick-off und Talent Mapping bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
  • Sparring Partner: Du bist ein vertrauenswürdiger Partner für Hiring Manager, forderst sie heraus und trägst durch deine Marktkenntnisse zur Entscheidungsfindung bei
  • Pipeline Building: Du sprichst gezielt Commercial Talente über verschiedene Kanäle an und baust nachhaltige Talentpools durch Active Sourcing und Employer Branding Initiativen auf
  • Data & Analytics: Deine Pipeline baust du basierend auf fundierten Daten und nutzt diese auch aktiv in der Hiring Manager Beratung
  • Candidate Champion: Du optimierst gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Prozesse und leitest eigene OKR-Projekte, um unsere Candidate Experience kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Background: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting von Commercial-/GTM-Rollen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Expertise: Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im in-house Recruiting, Erfahrung in der Einstellung von Entry-Level bis zu Senior-Positionen
  • Stakeholder Management: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und der Entwicklung langfristiger Talentstrategien durch Talentpools, Employer Branding Aktivitäten und innovativen Talent Acquisition Ansätzen
  • Data-driven: Analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
