Als Retail Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Maniko übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere nationalen und internationalen Key Accounts und trägst maßgeblich zu deren Erfolg bei. Du optimierst Partnerschaften, entwickelst Vertriebsstrategien und sicherst mit Deinem Fokus auf Business Development und Deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten das Wachstum unseres Unternehmens im stationären Handel.
Deine Aufgaben
Als Retail Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Maniko übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere nationalen und internationalen Key Accounts und trägst maßgeblich zu deren Erfolg bei. Du optimierst Partnerschaften, entwickelst Vertriebsstrategien und sicherst mit Deinem Fokus auf Business Development und Deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten das Wachstum unseres Unternehmens im stationären Handel.
Deine Aufgaben
- Strategischer Auf-und Ausbau langfristiger Beziehungen mit unseren Drogeriemarkt-Partnern, um unsere Präsenz im stationären Handel weiter zu stärken.
- Analyse der Verkaufsleistung und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung basierend auf fundierten Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
- Durchführung von Konditionsverhandlungen zur beidseitigen Gewinnmaximierung.
- Umsetzung von maßgeschneiderten, account-spezifischen Aktionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Operations.
- Regelmäßiges Reporting und KPI-Tracking zur Erreichung und Überwachung unserer Wachstumsziele.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management, vorzugsweise im FMCG-Bereich mit starken Retail-Beziehungen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Drogeriemärkten und analytische Fähigkeiten, um datengetriebene Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationskompetenz auf allen Ebenen.
- Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
