Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Kundenverträge und -vereinbarungen für die elektronischen Zahlverfahren, z. B. Karten-Terminals, PIN/TAN, HBCI, EBICS, Brokerage, GENOcon
- Sie sind für die Datenpflege des Online-Bankings in unserem Banksystem zuständig
- Sie übernehmen den telefonischen, technischen und fachlichen Support im Bereich Online-Banking für Kund:innen und Mitarbeitende

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung oder über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich gesammelt, idealerweise bei einer Genossenschaftsbank
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Anlage und der Administration von Online-Bankings und besitzen optimalerweise Kenntnisse in banküblichen IT-Anwendungen wie z. B. agree21
- Sie sind technisch affin und sicher in der Anwendung von Office-Produkten
- Sie halten Termine ein, bereiten diese selbstständig vor und nach, setzen die richtigen Prioritäten und betreiben ein professionelles Zeitmanagement
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, können sich schnell auf verschiedene Personentypen einstellen und verfügen über eine klare und sichere Ausdrucksweise sowie über ein freundliches und authentisches Auftreten
