Was erwartet dich?
- Du überwachst und koordinierst mechanische Montagearbeiten von europaweiten Kundenprojekten mit Fokus auf Sicherheit und Qualität und gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
- Du führst mechanische Bauteams, arbeitest eng mit anderen Gewerken zusammen und überwachst die Montage und Installation der Elektrolyseure, Skids und Rohrleitungen
- Du erstellst Arbeitspläne, Inspektionsberichte und Qualitätsdokumentationen und stellst die termingerechte Fertigstellung sicher
- Du wirkst bei der Auswahl von Materialien, Ausrüstungen und Werkzeugen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise in leitender Position, und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Montage von Maschinen, Rohrleitungen und Anlagen
- Du bist vertraut mit relevanten Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Normen im Anlagenbau und hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Du bist zuverlässig und genau in deiner Arbeitsweise, kommunikationsstark und teamfähig, flexibel bei wechselnden Anforderungen und bereit zur Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Technologien
- Du bist bereit, 75%-100% in Projektarbeit zu reisen, wobei Projektvorbereitungen im Homeoffice möglich sind
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens auf B2-Niveau
