Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams in unserem Headquarter Eschborn suchen wir ab sofort Werkstudenten für die IT-Systemadministration (m/w/d) welcher unsere Windows und Apple Arbeitsplätze betreut und für den reibungslosen, technischen Betrieb der Endgeräte (Laptop, Smartphone, Tablet, Drucker, Display etc.) sorgt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Installation und Administration von Microsoft- und Apple Clients
- Durchführung von Client Hard- und Software Rollouts
- Pflege des Hardware Inventars und Lizenzdokumentation
- MS AD / Entra Passwortverwaltung, Prüfen von Zugangsberechtigungen und Exchange Mailbox
- Überwachung von Systemreports und Fehlermeldungen
- Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen oder Änderungen an Laptops (Tastatur, Display etc.)
- Einkauf von Hardware, Zubehör und Verbrauchsmaterial

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Gute Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Windows 10/11 und Apple IOS Betriebssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse M365 apps (Sharepoint, Office, teams, onedrive etc)
- Basiswissen M365 Exchange, Entra, Active Directory, GPOs, LAN, WLAN, VPN
- Handwerkliches Geschick für den Austausch von Laptop und Tablet Hardwarekomponenten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
