- Du betreust deine Kund:innen mit Leidenschaft! So orchestrierst du das Aufsetzen der Kampagnen, hast die Zahlen dieser immer im Blick und erstellst Reports so, dass die Kund:innen einfach begeistert sind
- Du koordinierst teamübergreifend single- und cross-channel Kampagnen
- Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen und erfüllst diese durch kompetente, schnelle Lösungen. Dabei managest und koordinierst du mit eingespielter Sicherheit interne wie externe Stakeholder
- Du nutzt charmante und zielgerichtete Upsellings, um den Erfolg der Kampagnen zu steigern und die Ansprechpersonen zu überzeugen
- Du weißt über deine Kund:innen Bescheid! Genießt deine Kundschaft den Urlaub gerne in der Karibik, ziehst du die Socken mit den Palmen an. Dein Business ist Buddy-Business - natürlich auch am Telefon

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Vergleichbares oder einen Ausbildungsabschluss im Bereich Marketing
- Du hast schon Berufserfahrung im Account Management, insbesondere im digitalen Umfeld, sammeln können
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in relevanten Tools wie CRM Systemen (z.B. HubSpot), Analysetools (z.B. Looker) und Projektmanagementtools (z.B. Monday), aber auch Excel (Pivot) o.ä. mit
- Du kennst dich mit Cross Channel-Kampagnen aus und KPIs wie CPE, CPI, CPC, CPO oder vTKP verstehst du als Werkzeuge deines Alltags
- Du lebst Kommunikation mit jeder Faser und bewegst dich sicher in Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau) und Englisch durch den Alltag

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
