Als Praktikant Prozessoptimierung (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns bei einem großen Digitalisierungsprojekt unseres externen Lager- und Logistikpartners. Als entscheidende Brücke zwischen internem Projektmanagement und unserem Lagerpartner in Halle (Westfalen) begleitest du vor Ort die operative Umsetzung aktiv mit und sorgst so dafür, dass Prozesse nicht nur optimiert, sondern auf ein neues Level gehoben werden. Dabei sammelst du wertvolle Einblicke in die Arbeitsweise eines innovativen E-Commerce-Startups und treibst gleichzeitig die digitale Transformation eines mittelständischen Unternehmens nachhaltig voran.
Note: Diese Position ist in Halle (Westfalen) zu besetzen und erfordert eine Anwesenheit vor Ort.
Jobbeschreibung
- Prozessanalyse: Du unterstützt im Digitalisierungsprojekt bei unserem externen Lager- und Logistikpartners vor Ort und trägst aktiv dazu bei, Optimierungspotenziale in den Lager- und Logistikprozessen zu identifizieren.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst frühzeitig operative Herausforderungen und wirkst bei der Entwicklung sowie Umsetzung praktikabler und effektiver Lösungsansätze mit, die die Projektziele aktiv vorantreiben.
- Changemanagement: Durch deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke stellst du sicher, dass das Team vor Ort neue Prozesse und Systeme versteht und erfolgreich anwenden kann, während du den Austausch zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten förderst.
- Prozessimplementierung: Du begleitest die erfolgreiche Digitalisierung eines Versandprozesses, unterstützt dessen Integration in unser ERP-System und die Anbindung weiterer Versanddienstleister.

Stellenanforderungen
- Du studierst derzeit im Bereich BWL, Supply-Chain-Management, Logistik oder einem ähnlichen Feld. Bei uns ist es weniger wichtig, welche spezifische Fachrichtung du verfolgst, solange du ein analytisches Mindset, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Drive mitbringst.
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse an der Digitalisierung von Prozessen und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessoptimierung oder Logistik durch beispielsweise Praktika mit.
- Du besitzt eine hohe technische Affinität und lernst dich schnell in neue Systeme und Tools ein. Vorzugsweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sammeln und kennst dich mit Schnittstellenintegration oder Datenauswertung aus.
- Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise und bist stark in der Organisation sowie Dokumentation von Ergebnissen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
