Du bist für den Social Media Erfolög zahlreicher Restaurants zuständig.
Was erwartet dich?
- Kundenmanagement & Strategie: Du betreust eigenständig deine eigenen Restaurantkunden (ca. 30), entwickelst Online-Marketing-Strategien und setzt diese um.
- Content- und Kampagnenplanung: Du erstellst Redaktionspläne, entwickelst ansprechende Designs und sorgst für eine konsistente Markenkommunikation.
- Performance Marketing: Du planst, schaltest und optimierst Werbeanzeigen auf Plattformen wie Instagram, Facebook und TikTok mit Fokus auf den Gastronomiebereich.
- Digitale Produkte & Automatisierung: Du entwickelst und betreust unsere digitalen Gastro-Lösungen wie Gutschein-Webseiten, Newsletter, Wallet-Treuekarten und automatisierte Systeme zur Gewinnung neuer Gäste & Stärkung der Gästeloyalität.
- Onboarding neuer Kunden: Du begleitest neue Kunden von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung unserer Services.
- Content Shooting Koordination & Optimierungen: Du planst & optimierst Foto- und Videoshootings mit externen Partnern und stimmst diese mit unseren Kunden ab.
- Analyse & Optimierung: Du wertest Kampagnenergebnisse aus, erkennst Potenziale zur Optimierung und leitest datengetriebene Maßnahmen ab.
- Koordination & Zusammenarbeit: Du stimmst dich mit internen Teams und externen Partnern ab, um reibungslose Prozesse und erfolgreiche Projekte sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst im Bereich Marketing, Social-Media-Marketing, Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Social-Media-Marketing oder in der Marketingabteilung einer Werbeagentur oder eines Unternehmens gesammelt
- Du besitzt im besten Fall erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Marketing Management, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Reels, TikTok, Fotografie, Videografie, Webdesign oder Grafikdesign
- Du punktest durch kreative Ideen, hast Spaß an der Gestaltung von kreativen Inhalten und begeisterst dich für Marketing sowie Restaurants
- Du zeichnest durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten aus
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
