Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als Fertigungstechniker (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die Programmierung unserer SMD Maschinen und erstellst sowie optimierst die Programme unserer Bestückungsautomaten, des Reflow-Ofens und unserer AOI Prüfgeräte
- Du passt die Programme und das Lötprofil auf die momentanen Gegebenheiten an, um einen optimalen Durchlauf der SMD-Prozesse zu gewährleisten
- Du unterstützt das Qualitäts- und Industrial Engineering-Team beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess und beim Auswerten statistischer Daten der Produktion
- Du koordinierst die Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten in der Fertigung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Elektrotechniker:in
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Elektronik-Fertigung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Excel und gegebenenfalls mit PPS/ERP-Systemen
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine zielgerichtete, strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in
