- Du hast ein starkes Produktverständnis und einen Kundenfokus, da unser Unternehmen darum dreht, ein Produkt zu schaffen, das unsere Kund:innen lieben. Du setzt dich leidenschaftlich für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen ein
- Du bist ein technischer Generalist und kannst dich in verschiedenste Probleme vertiefen, einschließlich der Erstellung und Pflege komplexer Excel-Tabellen oder Automatisierungs-Workflows in Zapier / Make
- Du bist versiert im Projektmanagement und in der Organisation, kannst mehrere Prioritäten gleichzeitig managen und sorgst dafür, dass Aufgaben pünktlich und in höchster Qualität erledigt werden
- Du bist anpassungsfähig und zeigst eine proaktive Denkweise, indem du den Status Quo ständig verbessern möchtest
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und hast ein Studium oder einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Excel und No-Code-Tools wie Zapier und Make; einige Programmierkenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus und du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in schnell wachsenden Start-ups oder in der Beratung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
