Das Studien-/Unternehmensprojekt beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer / optimierter Geschäftsprozesse und Produktionsmethoden, aber auch der Einführung & Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen, auf konzeptioneller und strategischer Ebene i.d.S. mit dem Fokus einer Prozessberatung und ohne die "eigene" Leistung einer technischen Implementierung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Prozesslandkarten und gestaltest Lastenhefte konzeptionell aus
- Du begleitest ERP-System Einführungen in ausgewählten Abteilungen
- Du begleitest und dokumentierst Workshops, mit dem Ziel, Analysen selbstständig durchzuführen
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Aufgabenpakete wie z.B. ein Testmanagement
- Du arbeitest konzeptionell an Prozessbeschreibungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen gesammelt
- Du hast initiale Erfahrungen im Umgang mit und den Möglichkeiten von ERP-Systemen, sei es in fachlicher oder technischer Hinsicht
- Du hast bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen in der Modellierung von BPMN Prozessen oder der Einführung von Enterprise Software wie z.B. ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, IFS, INFOR, Microsoft)
- Du kommunizierst klar mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen, sodass eine unmissverständliche und direkte Kommunikation sowie Beschreibung von Herausforderungen möglich wird
- Du bist reisebereit, denn digitale Transformation kennt keine Grenzen
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft dafür, Dinge voranzubringen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
