Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Sicherung der Datenqualität in unserer Datenbank
- Du hilfst bei der Analyse von unseren Vertriebskanälen (z.B. Kundenberatung, E-Mail-Kampagnen, Lead-Kampagnen) und generierst dadurch wertvolle Insights
- Du dokumentierst Prozesse und arbeitest mit Confluence
- Du erstellst Schulungsunterlagen und baust eine Wissensdatenbank für unsere Callcenter-Agent:innen in Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen auf
- Du wirkst aktiv bei laufenden Business- und IT-Projekten mit und unterstützt bei der Erstellung und dem Versand von E-Mail-Kampagnen und Newslettern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du absolvierst gerade Dein Studium (mind. 2. Semester) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Digitales) Marketing o.ä
- Du bist fit in PowerPoint und hast keine Berührungsängste mit Excel
- Du hast Spaß an der Auswertung von Daten und Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Du arbeitest gerne selbständig und gewissenhaft
- Du bist offen, kommunikativ und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns etwas zu bewegen
- Du kannst mind. 16h/Woche arbeiten und ein überzeugender Auftritt sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
