Werkstudent Projektmanagement Pflegebildung (m/w/d)
Als zertifizierter Bildungsträger mit Sitz in Berlin und München kümmern wir uns seit 2017 mit inzwischen 45 engagierten Fachexperten um die Rekrutierung, Ausbildung und Integration von Pflegefachkräften aus Drittstaaten. Wir suchen Unterstützung in den Bereichen Behörden- und Kundenkommunikation.
Assistenz Leitung Pflegebildung
- Du unterstützt das Team in allen Bereichen, sorgst für Qualitätssicherung und unterstützt beim Nachhalten von Fristen
- Du unterstützt die Arbeitgeber bei der Beantragung von Bildungsgutscheinen im Rahmen unserer nach AZAV zertifizierten Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (Kurse)
- Du steuerst die Kundenkommunikation rund um die Beantragung von Bildungsgutscheinen und leistest Hilfestellung und Unterstützung
- Du übernimmst Verwaltungsaufgaben im Rahmen der Kursadministration
- Du steuerst und verwaltest Prüfungsdaten im Rahmen der Fachanerkennung
- Du meldest Teilnehmer zu ihren Prüfungen an

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst vorzugsweise im Bereich Pflege oder Medizin, bzw. studierst in einem anderen Bereich und interessierst Dich für den Pflegebereich in Deutschland
- Du bringst eine Datenbankaffinität und die Versiertheit in der Nutzung moderner Medien
- Du hast Interesse daran, unseren Talenten eine Chance in Deutschland zu ermöglichen und möchtest Teil eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens in einem dynamischen Umfeld werden
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und zügig und besitzt sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast ein souveränes Auftreten und einen „Rundum-Blick“ bzw. den Blick „über den Tellerrand“
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
