Als Werkstudent:in HR tauchst du tief in die Welt der Personalprozesse ein – von Recruiting über Einstellungen bis hin zu personellen Veränderungen und Offboarding. Du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und bringst frischen Wind ins Tagesgeschäft und in spannende Projekte. Mit viel Eigenverantwortung unterstützt du beim Bewerbermanagement, planst und koordinierst den Onboarding-Prozess und erstellst Arbeitszeugnisse.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust Teile des Recruitings und findest mit uns die geeigneten Kandidat:innen
- Du unterstützt das HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, u.a. bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Anfertigung von Arbeitszeugnissen
- Du planst und koordinierst den Onboarding-Prozess sowie die Begrüßung neuer Mitarbeiter am ersten Arbeitstag
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Excel und behältst den Überblick beim Erstellen und Pflegen von Listen und Reportings
- Du bringst deine Ideen ein, um kontinuierlich die Personalarbeit weiterzuentwickeln

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
