Unterstütze unser Team als Werkstudent Personal / Recruiting (m/w/d) am Standort Leppersdorf und sammle wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bewerbermanagement.
Deine Rolle
- Du unterstützt unser Recruiting-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, einschließlich der Suche nach neuen Mitarbeitenden und der Durchführung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Du übernimmst das Bewerbermanagement, indem du Gespräche terminierst und fehlende Unterlagen anforderst
- Du darfst erste Stellenausschreibungen verfassen und, nach einer anfänglichen Einarbeitungszeit, betreust du auch eigene offene Vakanzen inkl. Durchführung der Interviews
- Du teilst im Bereich des Community-Managements offene Vakanzen auf verschiedenen Netzwerken und Plattformen
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Assessment Centern und wirkst an spannenden Projekten im Bereich Personalmarketing mit

Dein Profil
- Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und lösungsorientiert – in Kombination aus mobilem Arbeiten und in Präsenz vor Ort
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere mit MS PowerPoint, MS Excel und MS Teams
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, die dein Profil abrunden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
