Bei unserem Partnerunternehmen, einem Hersteller für innovative Systeme im Logistikbereich, kann Du als Produktmanager und Product Owner (m/w/d) für das gesamte App Portfolio von Anfang an Verantwortung übernehmen und Dich gleichzeitig im Rahmen eines berufsbegleitenden Masters fachlich weiterentwickeln.

Was erwartet Dich?
Im Job:
- Verantwortung für das gesamte App Portfolio im Rahmen des Marketing-Mix (5P)
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Produktentwicklungsplänen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und -beobachtungen
- Kundenbetreuung inkl. Messebesuchen und Schulungen
- Steuerung der App-Entwicklung im Rahmen des SCRUM Prozesses
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Effizientes Zeitmodell durch Präsenzphasen in Blockseminaren am Hermann Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Anerkannter & akkreditierter Masterabschluss der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Module zu Themen wie digitale Strategien, innovative Technologien, Strategieentwicklung, Entrepreneurship und Change Management
- Optionales Auslandsmodul

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, am besten im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Marketing und/oder (IT-) Projektmanagement gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich SaaS oder Logistik
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bringst eine starke Eigenmotivation und lösungsorientiertes Denken mit
- Du kannst Dich in Kund:innen hineinversetzen und hast Spaß daran, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
- Du hast nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) und ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
