Unser Partner, eine weltweit bekannte Management- und IT-Beratung mit Sitz in Ludwigsburg, sucht motivierte Junior SAP Consultants (m/w/d) für verschiedene Bereich entlang der Wertschöpfungskette:
von Finance & Controlling, über HR, Beschaffung, Logistik, Produktion bis hin zu (After) Sales & Services.
Folgende Masterprogramme kannst du in Kombination mit dieser Stelle absolvieren:

Was erwartet Dich?
Im Job:
- Du begleitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Kunden bei der Transformation hin zu einer integrierten SAP S/4HANA Plattform
- Du übernimmst unterschiedliche Rollen – vom Business Analyst über den Solution Architekt oder Developer bis hin zum Test-Manager oder Trainer
- Du begleitest SAP S/4HANA-Implementierungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Produktivbetreuung, einschließlich internationaler Rollouts
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig verschiedene Arbeitspakete im Umfeld des Projektmanagements
- Du begleitest Kundenworkshops, übernimmst deren Vor- und Nachbereitung und unterstützt bei der Durchführung und Moderatio
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen oder am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School oder der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Informatik mit einem Durchschnitt von mind. 2,5
- Du bringst Leidenschaft für digitale Trends, innovative IT-Lösungen und Unternehmenssoftware sowie Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen aus der Beratung oder aus dem Finance-, Controlling- oder IT-Umfeld; SAP-Kenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich!
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeit und analytisches Denkvermögen aus
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER), ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
