Gemeinsam setzen wir spannende Aufgaben rund um die Einführung, Optimierung und Integration von Atlassian-Lösungen um – immer mit dem Ziel, die Prozesse unserer Kunden effizienter und zukunftssicher zu gestalten.
Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Du berätst, analysierst Anforderungen, implementierst, konfigurierst, unterstützt und passt Atlassian-Tools gemäß den spezifischen Anforderungen der Kund:innen an
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Best Practices und Prozesse zur effizienten Nutzung der Atlassian-Tools
- Du unterstützt bei der Integration von Atlassian-Tools in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen
- Du bietest technische Unterstützung und Problemlösung für Anfragen von Kund:innen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um kundenspezifische Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du führst Workshops und Schulungen für Endbenutzer:innen und Administrator:innen durch

Deine Qualifikation:
- Du hast Berufserfahrung, ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich der IT
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Atlassian (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) und idealerweise auch eine Zertifizierung
- Du hast Erfahrung mit ITSM-Prozessen und ITIL und eine Beratungsaffinität
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig
- Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
