Deine Aufgaben
- Du setzt crossmediale Marketing-Aktivitäten operativ um und monitorst diese in den Bereichen B2B- und Personalmarketing
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Marketingkonzepten und der kennzahlengestützten Analyse der Social-Media-Auftritte
- Du erstellst Mailings, Newsletter und Präsentationen sowie Vorlagen für die interne Kommunikation
- Du betreust die Social-Media-Kanäle (insbesondere LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram und TikTok) und planst deren Inhalte
- Du betreust das gesamte Corporate Design
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Reportings
- Du arbeitest eng mit den verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern für den Bereich Marketing sowie Eventmanagement und HR zusammen

Das bringst Du mit:
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich (Digitales) Marketing oder in einer ähnlichen Position oder Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder Kommunikation abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung mit und eine Affinität zu digitalen Medien, insbesondere Social Media
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, präzise, strukturiert und anspruchsvoll deutschsprachige Texte mit sicherem sprachlichem Ausdruck zu verfassen
- Du bist eine proaktive Persönlichkeit, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark auf allen Kanälen
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und eine exzellente Ausdrucksweise
- Deine Erfahrungen mit einer CRM-Datenbank (z. B. MS Dynamics 365), SEA/SEO und mit kreativen Tools (z. B. Canva, InDesign, Photoshop etc.) sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
