Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb
- Du berätst und betreust kompetent unsere Kund:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen, wie Cloud-Telefonanlagen und Internet-Services
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote und wickelst Aufträge ab
- Du unterstützt bei der Neukundenakquise und im Order Management sowie bearbeitest und verwaltest Kundenaufträge im Order Management System
- Du koordinierst und überwachst Portierungsprozesse (Rufnummernmitnahme) und stellst eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicher
- Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben, wie Terminplanung und -koordination, sowie die Organisation von Schulungen und Webinaren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Informatik oder einen anderen für die Aufgaben relevanten Studiengang bereits seit mindestens 4 Semestern
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Customer Success Management mit, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und eine Affinität zu IT-Produkten, insbesondere Cloud-Telefonanlagen und Internet-Services
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist teamfähig und hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
