Als Werkstudent im Customer Success (m/w/d) bist du der Schlüssel für den Erfolg unserer Kunden. Du unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Geschäftsziele zu erreichen, indem du sie von unseren KI-gestützten Vertriebsprozessen begeisterst und sicherstellst, dass sie unsere Lösung erfolgreich und effektiv nutzen. Durch gezielte Maßnahmen sorgst du für eine langfristige Kundenbindung, höchste Kundenzufriedenheit und die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Begeisterung der Kunden vom ersten Meeting bis zur langfristigen Zusammenarbeit.
- Verantwortlich für das Onboarding, die Adoption und den nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Lösung bei den Kunden.
- Entwicklung, Koordination und Durchführung von Projektplänen für Implementierungen, Upgrades und Prozessoptimierungen.
- Erstellung hochwertiger Dokumente, SOPs und Customer Journey Playbooks, die unsere Kunden bei der Nutzung der Plattform unterstützen.
- Unterstützung bei grundlegenden Support-Anfragen, um schnelle und kundenorientierte Lösungen zu gewährleisten.
- Proaktive Unterstützung von Kunden, die nicht aktiv mit der Plattform arbeiten, um deren Erfolg sicherzustellen.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu antizipieren und die bestmögliche Nutzung unserer Plattform zu gewährleisten.

- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, Kundenerfolge messbar zu machen.
- Digitale Affinität ist unabdingbar: Du kannst dich schnell und intuitiv in digitale Tools und Softwares einarbeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
