Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer LinkedIn-Unternehmensseite: Du bist verantwortlich für die Aktualisierung und Optimierung unseres Profils, um unsere Online-Präsenz zu stärken.
- Erstellung kreativer und zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte: Du entwickelst ansprechende Beiträge für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, die unsere Community begeistern.
- Community Management auf LinkedIn: Du interagierst mit unserer Community, beantwortest Kommentare und Nachrichten und förderst den aktiven Austausch.
- Unterstützung bei Marketing-Kampagnen: Du hilfst bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, um unsere Markenbekanntheit zu steigern.
- Mitarbeit bei HR-Events: Du planst, koordinierst und begleitest HR-Branchenevents, um unser Netzwerk zu erweitern.
- Analyse von Social-Media-Aktivitäten: Du wertest unsere Social-Media-Performance aus und gibst Empfehlungen zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Engagement.
- Partner Marketing Unterstützung: Du arbeitest mit Partnerunternehmen zusammen und unterstützt bei Podcasts, Newslettern und Blogbeiträgen.

Dein Anforderungsprofil
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Marketing.
- Du hast noch mindestens ein Jahr Studienzeit vor dir und kannst uns für mindestens 15 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing, B2B Sales, HR oder Coaching sind von Vorteil.
- Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch & Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Affinität zu Social Media: Du erkennst aktuelle Trends und bist kreativ in der Content-Erstellung.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Eigeninitiative und Proaktivität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt diese um.
- Organisationsfähigkeit: Du kannst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig koordinieren und behältst dabei den Überblick.
- Technische Kenntnisse: Du bist vertraut mit gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools zur Content-Erstellung und -Planung.

Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
