Was erwartet Dich?
Im Job:
- Unterstützung und eigenständige Umsetzung von Teilaufgaben im Rahmen der Account Steuerung und Strategie Planung
- Unterstützung des Executive Teams Industrial bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Sales Strategien und der laufenden Steuerung des Geschäftsbereichs
- Umsetzung von Teilprojekten im Rahmen laufender Kundenprogramme
- Eigenständige Umsetzung von Business Development Aktivitäten und Erstellen von Angeboten
- Übernahme und Durchführung von Projektmanagement-Aufgaben, z.B. Planung, Controlling & Monitoring, Erstellen von Reports
- Mitarbeiten in laufenden Projekten als Business Analyst und agiles Arbeiten in Rollen wie Scrum Master oder Product Owner
Im Studium:
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen oder am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School oder der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss im Bereich IT und/oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit einem Notendurchschnitt von mind. 2,5
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Du begeisterst Dich für Themen wie AI, Cloud, Security, Quantum und modernste Softwareentwicklung
- Du bist engagiert, löst gerne Probleme und bist bereit, Dich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bringst Dich gerne ein und hast Spaß dabei
- Deine Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Du bist flexibel und mobil
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
