Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt Restrukturierungs- und Transformationsprojekte
- Du analysierst GuV und Bilanzen und unterstützt bei der Ableitung von operativen Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Ergebnisverbesserung
- Du bereitest große Datenmengen auf, analysierst und visualisierst sie
- Du führst Rechercheaufgaben durch und bereitest die Ergebnisse in Berichten und Präsentationen auf
- Du arbeitest bei internen Projekten mit, z.B. zur Weiterentwicklung unseres unternehmensinternen Portfolios
- Du kommst rein, lernst kennen, probierst aus und hast Spaß

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen Bachelorstudium ab dem 5. Semester oder einem Masterstudium in der Spitzengruppe deiner Universität oder Hochschule, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder ähnlichen Fächern
- Du hast analytische und statistische Grundkenntnisse, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Neugier
- Du hast erste relevante Praxiserfahrungen, optimalerweise in Controlling oder Business Development, Data Science und Analytics, Business Intelligence, Prozessdigitalisierung, IT-Beratung oder Management Consulting
- Du verstehst betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, insbesondere im Kontext von Turnaround-Situationen
- Du hast optimalerweise Interesse und Vorerfahrung in der Arbeit mit Business-Intelligence-Lösungen wie PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik oder ähnlichen Frameworks oder in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen mit Programmiersprachen wie Python oder JavaScript sowie entsprechenden Datenbanktechnologien
- Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich schnell weiterzuentwickeln, und hast Teamgeist sowie Lust auf Arbeit auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
