Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst Projekte von A bis Z: Von der Definition der Projektziele bis zur erfolgreichen Lieferung und Abnahme
- Du koordinierst interne Abläufe und arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion und Prozessautomatisierung zusammen, um ein optimales Ergebnis sicherzustellen
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Batteriepakete höchsten Standards entsprechen und übernimmst das Qualitätsmanagement & die Validierung
- Du planst und überwachst die Projektkosten, optimierst die Ressourcen und kontrollierst das Budget
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle im Kunden- und Stakeholder-Management und hältst alle Beteiligten stets auf dem neuesten Stand
- Du erkennst proaktiv Risiken und entwickelst geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen
- Du dokumentierst und reportest den Projektfortschritt transparent und nachvollziehbar
- Du begleitest die finale Auslieferung und stellst eine reibungslose Inbetriebnahme sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Batteriekonfektionierung oder einer verwandten Branche
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und zielorientiert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
