Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Sales und internen Teams und sorgst dafür, dass alle Anfragen und Prozesse rund um Verträge, Angebote und Partneranfragen reibungslos zwischen Sales, Finance und anderen Teams laufen
- Du übernimmst das Vertragsmanagement & die Dokumentation, erstellst, prüfst und verwaltest Verträge, Änderungsvereinbarungen, Sonderangebote und Kündigungen, damit alles sauber dokumentiert und termingerecht abgewickelt wird
- Du gestaltest neue Angebote & Verhandlungsspielräume, indem Du maßgeschneiderte Angebote für neue und bestehende Partner:innen entwickelst, um die besten Deals für beide Seiten zu ermöglichen
- Du bist in strategische & taktische Entscheidungen eingebunden und arbeitest eng mit dem Sales-Team zusammen, um Vertragsverhandlungen mit Partner:innen vorzubereiten, Optionen zu analysieren und die besten Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du unterstützt das Sales-Team administrativ, indem Du Dich um Vertragsunterlagen, Angebotsprozesse und Präsentationen kümmerst, damit sich das Vertriebsteam auf den Abschluss konzentrieren kann
- Du pflegst Daten & CRM-Management, hältst Kund:innendaten, Vertragsdetails und relevante Informationen in unserem System aktuell und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos läuft
- Du erkennst Prozessoptimierungspotenziale & bringst kreative Lösungsansätze ein, um Vertragsabläufe effizienter, transparenter und flexibler zu gestalten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast sehr gute Excel- und CRM-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und beherrschst Excel oder ähnliche Tools für Datenanalysen und Reporting
- Du verfügst über Organisationsgeschick, bist strukturiert und behältst auch bei vielen parallel laufenden Aufgaben den Überblick
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung, packst proaktiv an, erkennst Herausforderungen und entwickelst kreative Lösungen
- Du hast eine digitale Affinität, fühlst Dich im Umgang mit Tools wie CRM-Systemen, Slack und Zoom wohl und lernst schnell neue Systeme kennen
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, setzt Ideen in die Tat um und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
