DEINE AUFGABE
- Koordination der Veranstaltungs-Logistik, eilnschließlich der Auswahl des Veranstaltungsortes, des Caterings und der Werbematerialien
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Event-Sponsorings auf Messen in der EU und in den USA sowie für unsere beiden Produktveranstaltungen: die Checkmk Conference und die Checkmk Partner in München
- Verwaltung von Markenartikeln und Marketingmaterial in unserem Münchner Büro
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von veranstaltungsbezogenen Inhalten auf der Website, im E-Mail-Marketing und auf anderen Kommunikationskanälen
- Durchführung von Post-Event-Analysen, Einholung von Feedback und Abgabe von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und Lieferanten

DEIN PROFIL
- Neugierig und wissbegierig. Du bist derzeit in einem relevanten Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben und mindestens für die nächsten zwei Semester immatrikuliert
- Energisch und zuverlässig. Du kannst Deine eigenen Ideen vorantreiben und eigenständig handeln, aber auch gut im Team arbeiten
- Belastbar. Du besitzt außergewöhnliche organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um verschiedene Projekte gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
- Datenorientiert. Du erkennst Chancen, die zu einer Beteiligung bei unseren Events führen können, nutzt diese und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte
- Erfahren. Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika oder früheren Werkstudentenstellen im Marketing und/oder Eventbereich gesammelt und arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend sowie mit externen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Kommunikativ. Du kannst dich sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Organisation in Englisch und Deutsch klar verständigen – schriftlich und mündlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
