Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und pflegst unsere Community auf verschiedenen Plattformen (z. B. Facebook, Instagram) in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Social-Media-Team
- Du kommunizierst aktiv mit unserer Community und beantwortest Kommentare & Nachrichten in der Venen Engel Brand Voice
- Du entwickelst Ideen und Formate zur Steigerung der Interaktion in der Venen Engel FB Gruppe sowie auf unseren Social Media Kanälen
- Du identifizierst und greifst relevante Themen innerhalb der Community auf
- Du überwachst und analysierst Erwähnungen und Stimmungen zu unserer Marke & Produkten
- Du recherchierst eigenständig auf Social Media, in Gruppen und Foren, um Trends & Insights zu identifizieren und erstellst regelmäßige Reports zu Meinungen, Trends und Wettbewerbsanalysen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikuliert in einem relevanten Studiengang (Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften o. Ä.)
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für digitale Kommunikation und ein gutes Gespür für Community-Dynamiken
- Du besitzt Empathie & Kommunikationsstärke – du verstehst die Bedürfnisse der Community und sprichst ihre Sprache
- Du hast sehr gute Schreibfähigkeiten in Deutsch, idealerweise auch in Englisch
- Du denkst analytisch, um Social Listening-Daten sinnvoll auszuwerten und Empfehlungen abzuleiten
- Du bist kreativ und hast ein Gespür für Content-Trends sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
