Praktikant im Projektmanagement Hochbau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, überwachst und verfolgst Termine, insbesondere anhand des Projektsteuerungsterminplans
- Du arbeitest projektspezifische Fragestellungen und Lösungen aus und präsentierst diese vor Bauherren und Fachplanern
- Du wirkst beim Erstellen von Projektstatusberichten mit
- Du koordinierst die internen AHO-Leistungen bei den fachlichen Ansprechpersonen
- Du bewertest die Leistungen aller Projektbeteiligten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung
- Du bereitest die Vergaben von Planungs- und Bauleistungen vor, indem du die Leistungen definierst, Angebote einholst und prüfst, Preisspiegel erstellst und Vergabevorschläge ausarbeitest
- Du wirkst beim Prüfen von Nachträgen für Planungs- und Bauleistungen mit
- Du planst, überwachst und verfolgst Kosten, inklusive Rechnungsprüfungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Abitur und studierst derzeit in einer Immobilien-, Architektur- oder Bauwirtschaftsfakultät
- Du besitzt idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in BGB, VOB, HOAI, AHO und allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Bautechniken
- Du hast nach Möglichkeit Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen, California Pro und Asta Powerproject
- Du handelst vom Dienstleistungsgedanken geprägt und bist kundenorientiert
- Du trittst souverän und verbindlich gegenüber Kund:innen und Projektbeteiligten auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
