Was Du bei uns bewegen kannst
- Gemeinsam mit unserem E-Commerce Team entwickelst Du unsere Produkt-Roadmap für unsere Online-Portale in Deutschland, Frankreich und der Schweiz
- Du bist verantwortlich für die laufende Verbesserung unserer Shops hinsichtlich Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Qualität und Funktionalität
- Du misst den Produkterfolg und ermöglichst eine datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung, anhand von Analysen, Tests und Wettbewerbsvergleichen
- Du nutzt von Dir präferierte Technologien, z.B. Personalisierungs-Engines oder KI, für ein optimiertes E-Commerce-Erlebnis für unsere Nutzer
- Du gestaltest Konzepte für angepasste oder neue Features und nimmst die Ergebnisse der IT ab
- Du arbeitest an agilen Projekten mit dem Ziel, das Produkt- und Einkaufserlebnis unserer Kunden zu steigern

Was Du mitbringst
- Du hast ein gutes Abitur und studierst mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce-Umfeld oder im Produktmanagement gesammelt
- Du denkst kundenorientiert, konzeptionell und unternehmerisch
- Du bist immer up-to-date bei Digital- und E-Commerce-Themen
- Du hast ein „Auge“ für stimmiges Design und hohe Funktionalität
- Du kommunizierst klar und kannst deine Standpunkte gegenüber anderen durchsetzungsstark vertreten
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
