Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die professionelle Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat für unsere Softwarelösung Billomat
- Du nimmst dabei die technischen und anwendungsspezifischen Kundenanfragen auf und löst diese, je nach Komplexität, selbstständig oder leitest sie an die zuständige Fachabteilung weiter
- Du leitest Feedback unserer Kunden zu unserer Softwarelösung an unser Produkt- und Entwicklungsteam weiter und wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Support-Prozesse und -Tools mit
- Du erstellst und pflegst du Support-Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und FAQ zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Wissensmanagements

- Du hast Erfahrung im technischen Kund:innenservice, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld
- Du zählst Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken – Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und freundlich vermitteln und hast eine hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Kund:innenkontakt
- Du hast ein hohes technisches Verständnis und kannst dich schnell in Softwarelösungen einarbeiten
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, um dich intern mit unserem internationalen Development-Team austauschen zu können

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
