Was dich erwartet:
- Unterstützung des People Operations Teams bei täglichen HR-Aufgaben, einschließlich Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Onboarding- und Offboarding Prozessen
- Verwaltung und Bearbeitung eingehender HR-Tickets, um eine schnelle und effiziente Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden sicherzustellen
- Erstellung von Verträgen, Vertragsänderungen sowie anderen Dokumenten und Bescheinigungen für Mitarbeitende
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten und HRIS-Daten, um Genauigkeit und Compliance zu gewährleisten
- Kooperation mit internen Teams zur Beantwortung von Mitarbeiteranfragen und Unterstützung von HR-Initiativen
- Durchführung von Recherchen zu HR-Richtlinien, Vorschriften und Best Practices zur Unterstützung der Compliance und Entscheidungsfindung
- Entwicklung eines fundierten Verständnisses der HR-Funktionen innerhalb des unternehmensinternen Portfolios
- Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten, Prozessautomatisierungen und weiteren Initiativen nach Bedarf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
