- Consulting & Sales Management (M.A.)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine Vertriebsstrategie für Unternehmenskund:innen in der DACH-Region um
- Du führst Erst- und Positionierungsgespräche mit Führungskräften und CxOs
- Du arbeitest mit Solution-Consulting und erweiterten Teams zusammen, um Lösungsmöglichkeiten zu demonstrieren
- Du akquirierst potenzielle Neukund:innen telefonisch und digital
- Du planst und führst Kund:innenbesuche durch und nimmst an Branchenveranstaltungen teil, um die Plattformlösungen vorzustellen
- Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation von Geschäftspotenzialen durch und berätst Kund:innen zur Anwendungsentwicklungs-Roadmap sowie zur Förderung der Salesforce-Plattformlösungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, den Abschluss von Verkaufschancen sowie Cross- & Upselling

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Informatik mit einem Notendurchschnitt von mind. 2,5
- Du hast Leidenschaft für Vertrieb und praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Lösungsvertrieb, idealerweise mit Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, Workato, MuleSoft oder ähnlichen Systemen
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denken
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, ergebnisorientiert und bist teamfähig
- Du hast nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 (nach GER) und ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
