Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Rahmen eines Projektes
- Du pflegst Confluence-Seiten zur Ablage von Projektinformationen
- Du führst und hältst diverse Listen und Dashboards nach
- Du vereinbarst und bereitest Termine vor
- Du protokollierst Workshops und unterstützt bei der Prüfung von Quality Gates und Meilensteinen
- Du steuerst Aufgaben mit Hilfe von Tools wie z. B. Teams, Confluence und Jira und überwachst Aufwände und Kosten mit Hilfe von Excel

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein begonnenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
- Du hast bereits mit Confluence (Wiki) und Jira (Aufgabenmanagement) gearbeitet oder bist bereit, Dich darin einzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagementprozessen und IT Service Management Abläufen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
