Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination und Überwachung von Produkteinführungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf von der Konzeptphase bis zur Markteinführung sicherzustellen
- Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um umfassende Launch-Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Du verwaltest die Zeitpläne für Produkteinführungen, identifizierst potenzielle Herausforderungen und setzt proaktive, funktionsübergreifende Lösungen um, um erfolgreiche und termingerechte Markteinführungen zu gewährleisten
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktentwicklungs Team zusammen, um die Produktmerkmale, Vorteile und USPs zu verstehen und diese in überzeugende Launch-Materialien zu übersetzen
- Du koordinierst dich mit externen Partnern, Agenturen oder Dienstleistern, um die Launch-Prozesse zu optimieren, Druckdaten zu erstellen und die Effizienz zu maximieren
- Du analysierst Markttrends, Wettbewerber Aktivitäten und Kundenfeedback, um Launch-Strategien zu optimieren und die Produktpositionierung zu verbessern. Zusätzlich unterstützt du bei der Verwaltung unseres aktuellen Produktportfolios und trägst zu strategischen Entscheidungen bei, die sich an unseren Schwerpunktbereichen orientieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du absolvierst derzeit ein Hochschulstudium oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du suchst als Student:in ein Pflichtpraktikum (idealerweise für mindestens 5 Monate)
- Du hast Freude daran, als Schnittstelle zu agieren und deine Fähigkeiten sowohl im effizienten Projektmanagement als auch in der effektiven Kommunikation einzubringen
- Du besitzt analytische Stärke, verbunden mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Nachhaltigkeit und neue Trends in unserer Branche und eine hohe Affinität zu unseren Produkten, Design, Lifestyle und Marke. Du arbeitest eigenständig und präzise
- Du bist ein:e absolute:r Teamplayer:in und liebst es, in einem unterstützenden Umfeld eng zusammenzuarbeiten. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
