Was erwartet dich?
- Du lernst von erfahrenen Mentoren, arbeitest im Projektteam, nimmst an Anwendertrainings teil und führst eigene Seminare durch
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM mit sämtlichen Untermodulen bei unseren namenhaften Kunden. Dies beinhaltet Bewertung, strategische Neuausrichtung und projektspezifisches Controlling
- Du planst Schulungen, Weiterbildungen und Workshops zu verschiedenen Modulen von SAP HCM und führst diese durch
- Du arbeitest an der Durchführung von Systemmigrationen von PAISY auf SAP. Hier bist DU der Motor und Impulsgeber
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte. Dies beinhaltet die Analyse von bestehenden Prozessstrukturen und deren Optimierung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP HCM mit
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder IT- bzw. Personalprojekten.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und verfügst über strategisch-konzeptionelle sowie analytische Fähigkeiten. Hierbei verstehst Du es, komplexe Themen schnell zu erfassen, zu strukturieren, Maßnahmen abzuleiten und gemeinsam mit den Betroffenen umzusetzen
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten aus und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bist bereit einen Teil deiner Arbeitszeit im Home Office zu arbeiten
- Du bist reisebereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
