Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwerfen, erstellen und führen Testszenarien für unsere Software in enger Kooperation mit unserer Softwareentwicklung durch
- Sie bauen die interne Testumgebung zur Durchführung von automatisierten Tests aus
- Sie erstellen und pflegen die Testdokumentation und Fehlerreports
- Sie leisten technischen Support für unsere Hard- und Softwareprodukte (telefonisch, per Mail und per Fernwartung)
- Sie übernehmen die Anwendungsberatung und unterstützen bei der Fehlersuche

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene informationstechnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support und sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in Programmier- und Scriptsprachen sind für Sie von Vorteil
- Sie bringen ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis mit
- Erfahrung im Röntgenbereich ist wünschenswert
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Kundenorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
