Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden – per Telefon, E-Mail und auch persönlich.
- Du betreust unsere Kunden und pflegst bestehende Kooperationen sowohl Remote als auch Vor-Ort.
- Du übernimmst die Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Lösungen bis zur Kundenschulung, Durchführung von Reparaturen und Service-Einsätzen.
- Konfiguration und Installation der Hard- und Softwareprodukte aus unserem Portfolio.
- Du dokumentierst die Anfragen und Störungen in unserem Ticketsystem.
- Du bist für die Behebung von Störungen verantwortlich und übernimmst die Weiterleitung an die verantwortlichen Abteilungen.
- Du bist für die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit verantwortlich.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung zusammen.
- Mit dem Projektmanagement verantwortest du die Umsetzung und mit dem Produktmanagement erstellst du die Anforderungsspezifikationen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Studium, Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation vorzuweisen.
- Du bist empathisch, offen, kontaktfreudig und ein echter Teamplayer und hast ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Du kannst schwierige Sachverhalte erklären und lösungsorientiert auf den Punkt bringen.
- Du besitzt eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und erkennst und nutzt Vertriebsansätze.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und Netzwerken.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
