Team Lead Public Cloud Evangelist - Remote (m/w/d)
Was Dich erwartet?
- Du übernimmst die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams "Public Cloud Services" mit technischer und disziplinarischer Verantwortung des Teams.
- Du baust ein hochmotiviertes und gut ausgebildetes Team auf und stellst sicher, dass alle Mitglieder in mindestens einer Public Cloud-Hauptplattform zertifiziert sind.
- Du wirst gebeten, einen NextGen Public Cloud Managed Service (People-Tools-Prozesse) zu erstellen, auszuführen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern, der den Industriestandards entspricht und von unseren wichtigsten Technologiepartnern (AWS, Azure, Google) zertifiziert wird.
- Du priorisierst tägliche Betriebsaufgaben, Arbeitsabläufe und sorgst für eine hohe Kunden- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb mit technischem / kommerziellem Input in der Verkaufs- und Vorverkaufsphase.
- Du planst, budgetierst und prognostizierst, um unsere kurz- und langfristigen finanziellen Ziele zu bestimmen und abzubilden.

Was Du mitbringen sollest?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und über fundierte Kenntnisse der Public Cloud-Technologien.
- Du hast eine agile Denkweise, Erfahrung mit dem ITIL-Framework, ein hohes strategisches Fachwissen, eine kundenorientierte Mentalität und sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in monitoring systems, DevOps-Prozessen und holistic security.
- Großes Plus: Kenntnisse in gängigen Netzwerktechnologien, Automatisierungstools, Skriptsprachen und Active Directory Management.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine unabhängige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und proaktives Handeln aus.
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) runden Dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
