- Du berätst und betreust Bestandskunden, leistest technischen Support und Anwenderunterstützung
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb zur Neukundengewinnung
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung und -koordination
- Du installierst und richtest die Software ein
- Du planst und führst Schulungen und Workshops beim Kunden durch

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im direktem Kundenkontakt im B2B mit
- Du hast eine kommunikative, aufgeschlossene und freundliche Art und Spaß an der Aufgabe Kunden zu begeistern
- Du bringst ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis mit
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist, Organisationsgeschick und Eigenverantwortung aus
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2 Level)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
