Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt die Anwender bei der Nutzung der audiovisuellen Ausrüstung (in Trainings- und Meetingräumen als auch bei externen Veranstaltungen)
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Administration und Konfiguration des unternehmensspezifischen audiovisuellen Equipments
- Du bist zuständig für die regelmäßige Pflege und Wartung des firmeneigenen audiovisuellen Equipments sowie für die Fehlerbehebung bei Störungen
- Du übernimmst die Kameraführung sowie das Editieren von Audio- und Videodaten
- Du bist interner Ansprechpartner in Bezug auf technisches Equipment und der Software sowie überernimmst den Support für unsere Anwender
- Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen und Anfragen von Anwendern an sowie das Erfassen und das Dokumentieren dieser Anfragen im Ticket-System
- Du unterstützt bei der Administration der Server und Client Software sowie bei dem Lösen der Anfragen ggf. Eskalierung der Störungsmeldungen

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse von LINUX und Microsoft sowie Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung
- Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse der Anwender zu erkennen
- Geduld in der Anwenderbetreuung und -schulung sowie selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
