Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Vorbereitung, Planung, Leitung und Überwachung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen
- Du steuerst unsere Berater und Entwickler während des Projektverlaufs und kommunizierst mit den Kundenvertretern
- Du organisierst die Übergabe der betriebsfähigen Lösungen in den produktiven Betrieb
- Du planst, führst Workshops gemeinsam mit unseren fachlichen und technischen Consultants durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse
- Bei entsprechenden Kenntnissen oder nach entsprechender Einarbeitung übernimmst du die konzeptionelle Beratung im Bereich Enterprise Content Management (ECM) und Business Process Management (BPM)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektleitung für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
- Du hast gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
- Du hast nachweisbare methodische Erfahrung in der Projektleitung (sowohl agil als auch klassisch) und eventuell auch Beratung sammeln können
- Du bist in der Lage, Software-Anforderungen des Kunden strukturiert aufzunehmen, zusammen mit dem Team zu analysieren und in konkrete Arbeitspakete/Aufgaben mit belastbaren Schätzungen zu überführen
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist in der Lage auch mehrere Projekte parallel zu betreuen
- Du bist ein flexibler Teamplayer, dessen Leidenschaft die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Entwicklungsteams ist, auch bei geografisch verteilten Teams
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Enterprise Content Management oder Business Process Management gesammelt - Falls nicht, hast du Interesse sich in diese Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten
- Du beherrschst neben der deutschen auch die englische Sprache, sodass du auf Ihrem Fachgebiet international kommunizieren könnten
- Du fühlst dich in einem hochmotivierten und agilen Team wohl und möchtest dich einbringen
- Du bist sympathisch, engagiert, empathisch und fachlich herausragend
- Du möchtest dich persönlich und fachlich weiterentwickeln und kannst dich schnell in neue Technologien einarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
