Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist gemeinsam im Team verantwortlich für das Toubleshooting der Kaspersky Endpoint Security Lösung mit Unterstützung des Herstellers
- Du bist gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortlich für das Monitoring der DLP (Data Loss Protection) Systeme
- Du spielst Major Release Patches/Updates ein
- Du unterstützt beim Softwaredeployement
- Du automatisierst via Powershell teile der Infrastruktur
- Neben der Überprüfung der Infrastruktur-Schwachstellen-Scans bist Du mitverantwortlich für das Dokumentieren und Erstellen von Eval-Berichten
- Du überprüfst Security Soll-Konfigurationen auf den Workspace Devices

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ein breites Wissen über Microsoft Produkte (Server 2016 / 2019, Windows 10, etc.)
- Erfahrung im 3rd Level Support
- Troubleshooting Kenntnisse
- Generelle Erfahrung im Bereich Endpoint Security, insb. mit Virenscanner und
- Client-Firewall Lösungen (bspw. Kaspersky)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1 Level)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Erfahrung im Bereich der Automatisierung mit Powershell
- Gute Kenntnisse von Softwarerollouts in Enterprise-Umgebungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
