Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist Teil eines internationalen Teams und erhältst tiefe Einblicke in unsere technischen Produkte für industrielle Kommunikationslösungen.
- Du bist gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Interessenten.
- Du bist zuständig für die telefonische Qualifizierung von Kundenanfragen sowie für die Erstellung von kleineren Angeboten.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und übernimmst auch kleinere Projekt selbstständig.
- Dabei bist Du auch verantwortlich für die eigenständige Datenpflege in unserem CRM-System.
- In Sachen Internetrecherche macht Dir keiner etwas vor und Du versorgst Dein Team mit wichtigen Informationen zu Wettbewerbern und dem Markt.
- Zum Ausbau unseres Kundennetzwerks trägst Du durch Onlinerecherchen - beispielsweise über LinkedIn oder unserem Marketingtool - bei.

Das zeichnet dich aus
- Du möchtest neben deinem Studium praktische Erfahrung sammeln, interessierst Dich für technische Produkte und hast Spaß im Umgang mit Kunden
- Du bist in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang eingeschrieben und das noch mindestens zwei Semester, bevor Du Deinen Abschluss machst
- Da Du unsere Kunden eigenverantwortlich kontaktieren wirst, benötigst Du eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine gute Ausdrucksweise sowie Kontaktfreudigkeit
- Das Arbeiten mit Daten, diese zu analysieren und übersichtlich aufzubereiten macht Dir Spaß
- Du bringst ein Grundverständnis für technische Zusammenhänge mit
- Du wirst überwiegend auf Deutsch arbeiten. Durch die Internationalität des Teams ist es aber möglich, dass Du gelegentlich auf Englisch kommunizieren musst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
