Für unseren Partner - eines der größten Unternehmen für IT- und Business-Consulting - suchen wir duale Masterstudenten (m/w/d) für das Programm "Professional Software Engineering (M.Sc.)" in Kombination mit dem Jobeinstieg als Junior Softwareentwickler (m/w/d).
Das Programm ist ideal für alle, die ein IT-Studium abgeschlossen haben, bereits über erste Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung verfügen und sich in Richtung cloud-native Welt orientieren möchten.
Themen wie die cloud-native Softwareentwicklung, Frontend-Design, neueste Methodik in Requirements-Engineering und Softwarearchitektur, Projektmanagement und Consulting bieten die perfekte Grundlage für den nächsten Karriereschritt.
Was erwartet dich?
Studium:
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen
Folgende Aufgaben kommen hierbei unter anderem auf dich zu:
- Du setzt anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte in unterschiedlichen Branchen um.
- Du wirst in Kundenprojekte vor Ort oder von deinem Unternehmensstandort aus eingesetzt.
- Du arbeitest in Practices mit, um weiteres Know-How über die aktuelle Entwicklung von Technologien aufzubauen
- Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgabenfelder als Softwareentwickler.
- Parallel dazu erwirbst du in den Theoriephasen des Studiums das Fachwissen und die Fähigkeiten, um dich in der cloud-native Welt zu orientieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
• sicherer Umgang im Einsatz von Jenkins, Maven, Git (mehrjährige Erfahrung)
• Kenntnisse in der modernen objektorientierten Entwicklung mit Java sowie in modernen Java Frameworks, z.B. Spring, Spring Boot
• du beherrscht relationale sowie nicht-relationale Datenbanken (z.B. MySQL, Mongo)
• Praktisches Wissen zur Qualitätssicherung sowie Durchführung von Entwicklertests
• Du hast Kenntnisse zu Cloudbasierter Technologien, wie etwa Rest-Schnittstelle, IAAS
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Containervirtualisierung, z.B. Docker, Kubernetes
• Erfahrung mit Microservices
• Die Webtechnologien z.B. HTML5, JavaScript, CSS gehören auch zu deinem Know-How
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Bibliotheken für die Erstellung von Webschnittstellen z.B. react.js, angular
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau)
Für das Studium:
- Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einem anderen Studiengang mit Informatikanteilen von mind. 45 ECTS.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2 nach GER).
- Du hast Spaß am Programmieren und interessierst dich für neue Technologien.
- Du verfügst über eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent.
- Du bist hoch motiviert und arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen.
- Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

You can upload your application documents in your Workwise profile. These can only be viewed by companies you are applying to.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
