Werkstudent in der Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst das Einpflegen der Stammdaten, die Bearbeitung des Rechnungsworkflows, die Rechnungsbuchung von Objektgesellschaften sowie die Embargoprüfung
- Du unterstützt bei der Buchung von Eingangs– und Ausgangsrechnungen, beim Mahnlauf und bei der Erstellung von außenwirtschaftlichen Meldungen
- Du trägst Währungskurse im Buchhaltungssystem im wiederkehrenden Rhythmus ein
- Du arbeitest an Projekten mit und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest Lohnsteueranfragen und Betriebsprüfungen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikuliert an einer staatlichen oder staatlich anerkannten Hochschule in Vollzeit, idealerweise ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
- Du hast ein buchhalterisches Grundverständnis und im besten Fall erste Erfahrungen in Rechnungswesen sowie Grundkenntnisse bzw. Interesse am Finanzbereich
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Du punktest durch eine zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
